Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the hoki65 website accessible at hoki65.cam and any associated mobile-optimized versions, applications, or subdomains operated by us.
• "We," "Us," "Our" means hoki65, the internationally licensed operator of the Platform.
• "You," "User," "Member" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "Funds" means any balance held in your Account wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive issued by hoki65 under specific terms.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of account-level controls including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all scheduled events, support hours, and processing windows referenced in these Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the hoki65 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) and at least 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in Indonesia or be an Indonesian national at the time of registration and during use of the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of hoki65 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through hoki65's own Responsible Gaming Tools or imposed by any external authority.
• You must access the Platform for your own personal entertainment only, and not on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration

To place wagers or access real-money features on hoki65, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hoki65 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport), proof of residential address, and — where bank transfers are the nominated withdrawal method — a bank statement or account confirmation for the nominated BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (subject to standard withdrawal processing) will be returned to your nominated bank account or e-wallet, provided all KYC requirements are met.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hoki65 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata. Deposits are processed in real time during standard WIB banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Weekend and public-holiday transfers may experience minor delays of up to 2 hours.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. E-wallet deposits are typically confirmed within 1–3 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 WIB on a standard banking day are typically processed the same day. Requests submitted after 18:00 WIB or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available banking day.
• Own Accounts Only: Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit of the same method, or to a pre-verified account on file. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• No Fees from hoki65: hoki65 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which hoki65 accepts no responsibility.

Bonuses & Promotions

hoki65 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x) will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligible Markets: Bonus funds may only be used on markets or game categories explicitly listed as eligible in the promotion's terms. Wagers placed on excluded markets will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, a minimum qualifying odds threshold will be specified (e.g., minimum odds of 1.50 per selection for mix parlay (accumulator) bets). Wagers placed at odds below the threshold will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Validity Period: Each bonus carries an expiry window (typically 7–30 days from the date of issue). Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be voided upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members may only hold one active bonus at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active will result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus and its associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: hoki65 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated Account — if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Right to Modify: hoki65 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where operationally feasible.

Game Rules & Betting

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the hoki65 Platform. Game-specific rules for each product category (sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and slot gacor titles) are published within the respective game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Finality of Bets: Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member, except where the cash-out feature is available and exercised prior to market settlement.
• Odds Accuracy: While hoki65 makes every effort to ensure published odds are accurate, in the event of a manifest error (e.g., odds posted at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical fault), we reserve the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to Members' accounts.
• Void Bets: A wager may be declared void (stake returned, no result applied) in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond a defined window, insufficient participants, or data feed errors.
• Maximum Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits per bet, per market, and per day apply and are published in the Platform's betting rules section. Winnings exceeding the published maximum will be capped at the stated limit.
• RNG Games: All random-number-generator (RNG) based games on hoki65 — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use independently certified random number generation. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-term statistical averages; individual session results will vary.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective game (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) as displayed at the table. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled based on the final result recorded by the dealer's system.

Responsible Gaming

hoki65 is deeply committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide all verified Members with access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a li mit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit becomes active.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration per session. Once the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and required to log back in before resuming play, providing a natural pause for reflection.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net session result, delivered at intervals you choose (every 30, 60, or 120 minutes).
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cool-off period, your Account remains open but wager placement is suspended. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 3 months to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, your Account is locked, all marketing communications are suspended, and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your nominated bank account.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the hoki65 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage — including registration, KYC verification, or communications with support staff.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, scrape odds, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players — including chip-dumping in live casino games or coordinated match-result fixing in sportsbook markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a manifest error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the Platform as a conduit.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, matched betting across multiple accounts, or any deliberate exploitation of promotional structures.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate deposit transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hoki65 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hoki65 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, website copy, software, databases, game interfaces, odds data, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hoki65 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not confer any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or republish any part of the Platform's content.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's design, software, or content.
• Use the hoki65 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.

Unauthorized use of hoki65's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you wish to report a potential intellectual property infringement on the Platform, please contact us at the address in Clause 14.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoki65 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or force majeure events.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of any game, market, or service offered on the Platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, statistics, results, or other data displayed on the Platform.
• Any third-party service provider failure — including bank transfer delays, e-wallet downtime, or game studio outages — that affects your experience on the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform. By choosing to wager, you accept the inherent financial risk of gambling.

In any event, hoki65's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

hoki65 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices to be aware of:

• Data Collected: We collect the personal information you provide during registration and KYC, your transactional and wagering history, device and browser data, and communication records between you and our support team.
• Purpose of Processing: Your data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, deliver customer support, and — where you have consented — to send you promotional communications.
• Data Retention: Your personal data will be retained for as long as your Account is active and for a minimum of 5 years following Account closure, in compliance with our international regulatory obligations.
• Data Security: hoki65 employs industry-standard SSL encryption and access controls to protect your personal and financial data. All payment card data (where applicable) is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. hoki65 itself does not store full card numbers.
• Opting Out of Marketing: You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting our support team or using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out does not affect transactional communications related to your Account.

Amendments

hoki65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice by one or more of the following means:

• A prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon your next login.
• An email notification sent to the address registered on your Account.
• An in-Platform notification in the Account Messages section.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account and cease using the Platform, in accordance with Clause 3.

We recommend that all Members review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes, particularly before placing high-value wagers or redeeming promotional bonuses, as the terms governing those activities may have been updated since your last review.

Governing Law

hoki65 is operated by an internationally licensed entity. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki65 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The venue and seat of arbitration shall be determined by the applicable arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent hoki65 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
